Compliance

WSU’s compliance program promotes a culture of knowledge of, and compliance with, regulatory and legal requirements. Through the work of the Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance and Risk Management units along with the WSU Compliance Committee, and partners throughout the WSU system, the compliance program provides education, advice, and pragmatic solution building for complex compliance issues.

Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements requires active participation by the entire WSU community.  WSU encourages individuals to seek consultation for compliance questions and to actively report any compliance concerns to the appropriate office.
